Is Morningstar Learning Center a licensed facility?

Yes we are licensed through the state of Montana and accept children 6 months to 6 years.

What are your teacher to child ratios?

Infants 6 months to 2 years is a 1:4 ratio, children ages 2-3 years is a 1:8 ratio, and children ages 4-6 years is a 1:10 ratio.

Does a child have to be current on their immunizations to enroll?

Yes because we are a state-licensed facility children are required to have all immunizations.  Please call for a list.

Do you have a half-day program?

No, we do not offer a half-day program.

Does my child have to attend five days a week to get a spot in your program?

No, we offer flexible enrollment. For the consistency and success of the children and to maximize our ability to serve the community, we strongly recommend

-selecting 2 days per week as a minimum enrollment, and

-consistent scheduling for the quarter (for example, choosing the same 3 days – M, W, F – for the entire quarter’s enrollment).

Are you open year round?

Yes we are open all year, but do close at various time throughout the year.  Please check the calendar for days we are closed.

Is there a waiting list?

Yes. If you are pregnant or have a newborn child, contact us as soon as possible if you want your child to attend our infant program once they are 6 months old.  If your child is 2-6 yrs old then please call for availability and to discuss when you would like enrollment to start.

Is financial aid available?

Yes.  Morningstar Learning Center offers Tuition Assistance based on financial need.  The scholarship program is funded through grants by the Big Sky Resort Area Tax District and Spanish Peaks Community Foundation, as well as through fundraising.  Please call for further questions.
